Directions from Manchester city centre

• Follow signs for A56 Bury, Pass the Cathedral, Boddington's Brewery & Strangeways prison all on your right hand side.
  
• Continue through one set of traffic lights on Bury New Road.
  
• At 2nd set of lights (McDonalds on the left), turn right on to Great Cheetham Street East and then left at traffic lights on to Leicester Road.
  
• Proceed to a major junction (Halfway House pub on far right hand corner) – turn left on to Bury Old Road; at the bollards turn 1st left into Oakwell Drive.
  
• We are at the top of the cul-de sac.
  

Directions from Junction 17 on the M60

• Turn on to the A56 signed Salford & Manchester
• Go straight on at the traffic lights (Tesco on your right hand side).
• Continue through the traffic lights at Prestwich Village & straight through two more sets of lights.
• Go past the Lidl supermarket on your left hand side & Salford boundary signpost.
• At the next traffic lights turn left into Singleton Road.
• Proceed to the end of that road and at the T junction turn right on to Bury Old Road.
• Almost immediately turn right at the bollards into Oakwell Drive.
• We are at the top of the cul-de sac.
